Terms & Conditions

When buying online you should ensure that you are using a reputable company and that your rights are protected. You should make yourself aware of the Office of Fair Trading regulations which cover buying online, details of which can be found at:

When you buy your silver jewellery from us we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we make the following promises to you:

Cancellation

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order you may do so by contacting us within 5 days of placing the order. Please quote the reference number given to you on your order confirmation.

Cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee, which is due to bank charges on the card payment and subsequent refund.

Returns

Handmade Jewellery:

As all orders are individually made and sized to your specifications it is not possible to return goods to stock. However if the specification is slightly out in some way, please let us know and in most cases we will be able to modify your silver jewellery.

Modifications need to be assessed on an individual basis so if you are worried in any way then please tell us by telephone or email and we will give you an estimate for the corrective work.

Please note that if you have to return your silver jewellery for modification through incorrect specification, carriage to and from our workshop will be payable by you and must be sent by registered post.

Silver and Amber & International Range Jewellery:

Stock items are able to be returned for credit within 21 days if not completely satisfied, however all items must be returned in their packaging as received. All items must be returned by registered post but will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Please e-mail for a returns number BEFORE returning. Any items not returned under this procedure will not be accepted and will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are excluded from our 21 day money back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Defective Materials

Your goods should be free from defect and fit for the purpose intended.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the materials or workmanship of your silver jewellery, then please let us know by email and we will issue you with a returns number. Please note that the silver jewellery will be returned to us by registered post at your expense, however if upon inspection at our workshop it proves to be faulty then we will replace your silver jewellery free of charge. Faulty items must be returned prior to wearing and in the condition they were dispatched.

Faulty goods must be notified to us within 24 hours.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Performance

All measurements quoted on this site are approximate.

Handmade Jewellery:

Delivery will be 4-6 weeks from receipt of orders, excluding UK holidays on custom made jewellery. If, for any reason, we are not able to deliver within this period then we will contact you to agree the revised delivery date.

Silver and Amber & International Range Jewellery:

Delivery will be 7-10 days subject to availability of stock. Where stock is unavailable we will notify you within 48 hours offering you the choice of an alternative, a cancellation and full credit, or for it to be put on back order.

All prices and product specification is subject to change without notice, items may be removed from our range and all measurements are approximate.

Privacy

We will never pass on your details to any third party and any information will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Security and Credit Card Transactions

When you enter your credit card details you are doing so on a secure server. None of your credit card details are retained on our server.

Export

If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom please contact us prior to your order and we will give you a price for delivery to your door.

Please note that any import duties and taxes will be payable by you on arrival in your country.

All items purchased are sold subject to UK law.

Complaints

Because we want to offer you the best service possible, if you are dissatisfied in any way at all then we want to know about it.

Any complaints will be acknowledged within 5 days giving details of the contact within our organisation who is dealing with your problem.
